I had a severe stroke Jan 10, 1981. I was 16. Over the years, I have improved but some things like spasticity still affect me. I got to thinking on rules that the State Park put into place to stop children from riding on the bicycle trail, may be violating my civil rights too. See, today I have bought a 2 wheel electric scooter, so I too, could enjoy riding on the trails. Well, to relax my leg from spasticity occurring , knee jerking, I need to keep my knee stationary. But to the Park, they are saying it needs pedals. But pedaling a bicycle le will cause spasticity.
